Hi,

I have seen this before on passion flower plants, I think these plants are not fully hardy and the symptoms shown are partly due to colder, longer nights. Leave it for now, then about April time cut the plant right back, leaving just the main stem about 3-4ft above soil level. This is a frightening thing to do but I have found Passion flowers respond very vigorously to this treatment, producing loads of healthy fresh foliage and shoots (that you will have to tie to the support again) and loads of flowers. Be brave!
