Hello, I am new to the forum and I would like some advice about aubretia's.
Last season I planted my aubretia's south facing on a brick wall.I was rewarded with a beautiful display of purple flowers, approx20cms long, after flowering I cut back approx 5cms to encourage dense growth. Unfortunately I am left with straggly grey, lifeless looking leaves. I would be gratefull for advice as to where I have gone wrong.
